ADDED PEACE OF MIND
Elves Bikes are delighted to offer a five-year warranty on all frames, two-years on wheelsets and one year on saddles. With Custom Build bikes, not only do you get the Elves warranty (as above), all other non-consumable components and are warranted in line with the manufacturer's warranty. In the unlikely event of a warranty claim, if you purchased your custom built bike or your frame, wheels, bars or saddle with us, we would happily process the warranty for you.
